Sanogo, a man at Arsenal stole the show of the the Emirates Cup scoring 4 of the 5 goals scored by Arsenal to defeat Portugese champion Benefica. Yaya Sanogo is only 21 years who played played in 14 games in all competitions and scored none.
It was ruthless and devastating game Benefic would not forget. Arsenal demolished Benfica in the first half with a hat-trick from Yaya Sanogo. The France Under 21 foward went on to add a fourth goal in the second half. Campbell added the 5th goal in the 40th minute from Bellerin's cross.
Benfica managed to get a consolation goal in the 62nd minute when Gaitan headed home.
